Wheelchair and Stroller Access: Both wheelchairs and most regular-size strollers can be accommodated on Old Town Trolley Tours Boston.
Several trolleys feature lifts or ramps and can carry one wheelchair or mobility scooter at a time, secured safely onboard. For a smooth experience, please request an ADA-accessible trolley at least 24 hours in advance and confirm your preferred boarding stop by calling (617) 269-7150.
Strollers are welcome but must be foldable and kept with you throughout the tour. They should not be left unattended or occupy a separate seat or row.

Cancellation Policy
Apply for cancellation at least 24 hours before the day of the tour to get full refund. Please wite to us at support@travioworld.com to get your tour cancelled.
With in 24 hours of tour start date, no refund will be allowed.
Guests who do not arrive or board the bus on the booked date will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
If the tour is cancelled due to operational reasons or extreme weather conditions, guests will be offered an alternative travel date or full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
All cancellation deadlines are based on local Boston time.
