• Several trolleys feature lifts or ramps and can carry one wheelchair or mobility scooter at a time, secured safely onboard. For a smooth experience, please request an ADA-accessible trolley at least 24 hours in advance and confirm your preferred boarding stop by calling (617) 269-7150.
• Strollers are welcome but must be foldable and kept with you throughout the tour. They should not be left unattended or occupy a separate seat or row.
• The following Boston stops are equipped with ramps/lifts for convenient wheelchair boarding and disembarking:

• Show your mobile or printed voucher to the trolley staff to join the tour.
• The staff will validate your voucher and provide a bus ticket.
• Please keep the ticket with you during the complete tour. In case of lost or damaged, the ticket will not be replaced.
• You can redeem your ticket at any official stop.
• Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, it becomes invalid and cannot be used again.
• You can hop on and hop off at any stop during the validity of your ticket.
• The passengers will not be permitted to board if the maximum passenger limit has been reached. The passengers are request to wait for the next bus to arrive.

• Apply for cancellation at least 24 hours before the day of the tour to get full refund. Please wite to us at support@travioworld.com to get your tour cancelled.
• With in 24 hours of tour start date, no refund will be allowed.
• Guests who do not arrive or board the bus on the booked date will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
• If the tour is cancelled due to operational reasons or extreme weather conditions, guests will be offered an alternative travel date or full refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• All cancellation deadlines are based on Local Boston Time.
