Cancellation Policy
- Apply for cancellation at least 24 hours before the day of the tour to get full refund. Please wite to us at support@travioworld.com to get your tour cancelled.
- With in 24 hours of tour start date, no refund will be allowed.
- Guests who do not arrive or board the bus on the booked date will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
- If the tour is cancelled due to operational reasons or extreme weather conditions, guests will be offered an alternative travel date or full refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- All cancellation deadlines are based on Local San Antonio time.
